In psychology and astrology, the shadow refers to the parts of ourselves that live outside of conscious awareness—traits, feelings, fears, or desires we push down, deny, or disown. These parts don’t disappear; instead, they tend to show up indirectly—through projections onto others, recurring struggles, emotional triggers, or self-sabotaging patterns.

The shadow is not “bad”—it’s simply unacknowledged. Left unconscious, it can sabotage growth and relationships. When explored with awareness and compassion, however, it becomes a powerful gateway to healing, authenticity, and wholeness. Facing your shadow allows you to integrate more of who you truly are, leading to a deeper sense of freedom and purpose.

Disclaimer: Narrative handouts are always meant to be a tool that raises awareness, insight, and psycho-spiritual clarity -- not a shortcut that provides simple solutions to life's problems, or a replacement of therapy or any form of guided spiritual healing. As a therapist myself, I think these narrative handouts can provide a nice outline of material to bring into healing sessions with a trained professional!

  • I create personalized narrative handouts by blending my expertise and intuition with the magic of A.I. technology. Each handout is more than a chart report—it’s a meaningful, enriching, and highly personalized story about your life, your patterns, and your growth. I take time to personally hand-select the astrological symbols and symbolic relationships that best reflect your unique chart, then use A.I. as a creative partner to help me weave those pieces into a clear, insightful narrative. The result is a resource that many clients describe as not only accurate, but also deeply affirming and inspiring—a guide you can return to again and again for clarity and direction.

Note: For A.I. narrative purposes, I use only natal chart information, not your name or your provided birth information.
